Mrs Miles baked scones with Year 5 as part of their Life Skills lesson.
She mentioned to them that she was going to take her scones, buttered and jammed, to the Epsom Covid Vaccination centre, to give to the health care professionals and volunteers to show her appreciation for their dedicated work. Many of the children immediately said that they would like to donate some of their scones as well. Mrs Miles ended up taking a huge pile of about 50 scones to share with those working at the vaccination center, who were hugely grateful for the donation.
