Fees from September 2023 are detailed below
Banstead Prep’s teaching standards, vision, facilities, catering and environment offer exceptional value for money. Fees include lunches and some co-curricular clubs.
Admission Fees
There is a non-refundable fee of £50 to register your child for a place. A deposit of £500 is payable on acceptance of a place. The deposit is returned after your child has left the school. If you accept a place and subsequently withdraw acceptance, the school will retain your deposit. For more details please see our standard terms and conditions.

Childcare Vouchers
We can accept Childcare Vouchers, or payments from Tax Free Childcare accounts for Nursery fees and for Breakfast and Afters School Care. Please quote our Care/Provider Account Number/ID:

Please quote your personal fees account number in the format ‘120XXXXYYY’ (unique to each pupil) on any payment transfers.
If you wish to use Childcare Vouchers from any other provider, please email the fees department to request account details.
When paying by monthly direct debit, for any childcare vouchers or other payments that are made prior to the 25th of each month, the whole amount will be deducted from the next direct debit collection.
If paying by termly direct debit, we collect this in advance of the term so any childcare vouchers paid during the previous term will be deducted from the following term’s direct debit collection.
