Extra-Curricular Activities

Our enrichment programme offers variety, allowing children to broaden their experience, strengthen skills and build new friendship groups.

Banstead Prep offers an exceptional number of clubs free of charge to maximise options extend the school day for working parents.

Activities challenge and stimulate children in their free time and are designed to give them the opportunity to try new things, and to discover new talents and passions. Many of the activities are free of charge unless run by an external specialist provider. Activities take place immediately after lunch or after school, meaning that they are accessible to all to enjoy. Each term there is an opportunity to try new or different clubs.

Clubs include chess, puzzles, sewing, gardening, cookery, football, gymnastics, swim squad, cricket, choir, computer coding and languages.  We are open to suggestions for new clubs and ideas can be discussed during Pupil Parliament meetings.
