Year 3 enjoyed a Virtual workshop led by The British Museum on Wednesday 2 October. Connected via video link, the children talked to Bella who was speaking live from The British Museum.
Children learnt about what life would be like in prehistoric Britain, studied different objects discovered by archaeologists and even saw a digitally animated video of what a settlement of roundhouses might have looked like. The children then took part in an online quiz using iPads. Both classes were very engaged during the session and asked lots of interesting questions.
