Our Food Technology teacher, Mrs Miles loves it when children enjoy cooking – and especially when they use the skills at home, so when one of the children recently made a lemon drizzle loaf in his cookery lesson, she was delighted to be asked for the recipe.

He proudly reported back that it had been a real success, and his visiting family had loved the cake, and been impressed with his cooking skills.  You can see from the picture how delicious the cake looked!

Well done for remembering to check the recipe, for working independently at home and for producing such a great looking cake. I look forward to photos from other students! – Mrs Miles
