On Wednesday 21st March four Y5 pupils travelled to Epsom College to compete in their Maths Challenge. BPS were one of eleven schools from the South East taking up the opportunity for a morning of exciting mental (and physical) challenge!
Banstead’s team showed excellent teamwork and had a fantastic score after three rounds of logic and shape puzzles going into the break. The final round was a speed relay round of tough questions where pace and accuracy was rewarded. BPS did a great job but were pipped by some tough competition. Thomas’s Clapham were the eventual winners but BPS can be proud of a great performance.
