Year 1 and 2 went to visit the British Wildlife Centre in Lingfield on the 1st of February.  They went to look and learn about the animals and their habitats to help with their recent learning in science of animals. They were able to see a variety of British animals and learnt many interesting facts about how the animals are suitable for their habitats and where they sit along a food chain.

The children enjoyed getting up close to the animals with the keepers, (especially when the animals were being fed!), as well as taking part in an interactive presentation.

The children and staff all had an amazing time and came home full of knowledge and new interesting facts about these incredible animals.
