Wraparound Care

Our outstanding wrap-around care and holiday club provision allows parents flexibility whilst knowing their children are safe and well cared for.

Breakfast club

Breakfast Club takes place in in the dining room from 7:30am-8:00am. Breakfast club is charged at £7.50 per session, which includes cereal, toast and milk/juice.

After-school care

After-school care is charged at £7.50 per session or part session attended.

After-school care finishes at 6:00pm Monday – Thursday and 5.00pm on Fridays.

Free sibling care

Children in Nursery, Pre-school and Pre-prep may be supervised free of charge until they are collected with older siblings at the end of their school day.

If older siblings are attending a co-curricular club and will be collected them later than the end of their school day, younger siblings should be booked into paid after-school care.

Breakfast and After School Care FAQs

How do I book?

Bookings for both breakfast and after-school care should be made one week in advance using SOCS. This enables us to plan staffing and activities.
If there is space available, you can request a booking with less than a week’s notice by emailing the breakfast and after school club staff directly, detailing your child’s full name, class, and the date required. Once staff have checked there is capacity on the day requested they will confirm via email. Please do not bring your child to breakfast club unless you have a confirmed booking.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel a session you have already booked, please email the breakfast and afterschool care staff directly before 9:00am on the day of your after-school care booking or before 3:00pm the day before your breakfast club booking. Sessions cancelled in this way will not be charged.
If your child does not use your booked session and you have not cancelled before the deadline, you will be charged for the breakfast club session or for one session of after-school care. If you collect your child early you will be charged for all sessions booked.

What are the fees?

Breakfast club is £7.50 per 7:30 – 8:00am session, including breakfast.

After school care is £7.50 per 1-hour session or part session attended.
The full session is charged if children are collected early. You will not be charged if you cancel by 3:00pm the previous day (for Breakfast Club) or by 9:00am the same day (for after-school care). Fees are charged termly in arrears on your fee invoice.

Is food provided?

The majority of children using our wraparound care bring their own healthy snack. It’s not compulsory, but encouraged.

Extra-curricular activities

Every child is encouraged to take advantage of our extensive co-curricular enrichment programme, which runs until 5:00pm, and on average every child takes part in more than three clubs per week. Our enrichment programme allows each child to broaden their experience, strengthen their skillset and build new friendship groups. Many clubs are included within school fees, except those requiring additional support from external specialists.
