Lisa Crook

Lisa was previously the Deputy Headteacher at Homefield Preparatory School and has a wealth of diverse experience in strategic leadership and innovation in both independent and state primary and secondary schools. She has a Masters in Educational Leadership and Management and has previously led on school improvement for a group of academies.

Outside of the classroom, Lisa is a keen swimmer who enjoys the freedom and joy of the water. She has a love for musical theatre and finds escape in the pages of a good book. As a mother to an active and excitable 7-year-old, she understands the importance of fostering creativity and individuality in children.
