Lisa was formerly the Deputy Headteacher at Homefield Preparatory School and brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership and innovation across both independent and state primary and secondary schools. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management, is an accredited coach and mentor with ILM and has previously led school improvement initiatives for a group of academies.
Beyond the classroom, Lisa enjoys swimming, reading, and travelling. She has a deep love for musical theatre, history, and finds joy in escaping into the pages of a good book. Passionate about fostering creativity and individuality in children, she believes in nurturing not only academic achievement but also how children learn and the values that shape who they become.
