Ceri Jones is Headmaster of Caterham School, an HMC co-educational day and boarding school in Surrey. Ceri founded and remains a Trustee of the Access & Accelerate Foundation, a university access programme established with the Sutton Trust and Fitzwilliam College Cambridge.
Prior to leading Caterham, Ceri was Second Master at Tonbridge School and Head of a state maintained academy.
Ceri Jones attended Cambridge University, where he read History and was awarded a full Blue in football. In 2015 he was awarded a Distinction in a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Buckingham.
Ceri continues to teach History at A Level and specialises in Modern American history and early modern literature and religion. He is passionate about innovation in education, reflected in Caterham School’s multi award-winning focus on digital learning.
