Ali is proud to serve as a Governor at Banstead Prep, bringing with him a broad range of experience from across the education sector. Over the years, he has held senior leadership roles including Deputy Head, Head of Middle School, and Designated Safeguarding Lead, with a strong focus on curriculum development, pastoral care, and staff development. He is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive environments where every child can thrive. He is also a keen advocate for pupil wellbeing and community engagement. Outside of school life, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sport, and getting stuck into the garden.
