Katie gained Qualified Teacher Status in 2001 and taught in both mainstream and special schools. She took a career break to go sailing and lived in Spain for a couple of years before settling down and returning to teaching as a SENCO and Specialist Early Years Teacher (Inclusion).
Following a few years at home raising her young family, Katie is enjoying being back in an early years setting.
